The booklet for the upcoming FiberFest, at Lake FarmPark, suggests that you phone in your class reservation and use a credit card.
Fun website "City Worm" --knit sweaters for worms!  Or worm-like sweaters. Inspired by the experience of composting with red worms in the kitchen.
"KnitLit: Sweaters and their stories...and other writing about knitting" is published by Random House.   Go to the website for photos of the projects, which were not included in the book, and biograhies of contributors (recognize any of these people?).
Be sure to wash the Tunis fleece thoroughly before dyeing;  it was not scoured enough the first time, so it is still greasy.
The Medina County Fair is the first week of August;  on Friday and Saturday, the Medina Spinning and Weaving Guild holds a spinning demonstration.   See Demelza for details.
The annual Dye Day will be at Ceinwyn's house in July.  Emma will bring madder, and Branwyn is supplying indigo.   If you have accumulated onion skins, please bring them.
Emma suggested a field trip to Silverbrush Farm in Pennsylvania (near Punxsutawney, home of ground hog Phil).   It is a working fiber farm, with a retail store and textile museum on the grounds.
