Free session with gardening tips at Dobbies in Brighton


A GARDEN OFFICE offers “enjoying autumn gardening” with free advice.

Brighton’s Dobbies store in Warren Road will host the session this Saturday at 10.30am with a focus on seasonal gardening tips.

The free showcase will advise people on the perfect specimens for fall tubs and baskets with plants such as pansies, violas and wallflowers that will last through winter.

People will also receive advice on how to plan for the coming year by preparing spring bulbs such as daffodils and crocuses.

Marcus Eyles, Horticultural Manager, said: “Autumn is one of our favorite seasons of the year at Dobbies and a prime time for gardening.

“Not only can you add pops of color to brighten up your garden, but it’s also a great opportunity to get going and get ready for spring.
